GENERAL CONDITIONS:
FIRST: Reservations will only be confirmed once the corresponding deposit has been paid, and will only be valid for the people and dates indicated. In case of cancellation, if the client notifies us more than 30 days in advance, the deposit will be fully refunded.
In case of cancellation, if the client notifies us between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, 75% of the deposit will be refunded, less the transfer fee.
In case of cancellation, if the client notifies us between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, less the transfer fee.
In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, the establishment will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. The cancellation request date will be considered to be the date the cancellation confirmation email is sent.
SECOND: The house will be returned on the day of departure in the same condition as upon arrival. The client agrees, at the end of the contract, to return the premises, furniture, and equipment in the same condition as received, and will be responsible for replacing and repairing any losses or damage attributable to them.
We reserve the right to request a security deposit of €200 along with the reservation payment. This deposit will be held in escrow and returned upon departure if there is no damage or additional cleaning costs, both inside and out, which will be deducted from the deposit.
THIRD: As a general rule, no more people than stipulated in this contract will be admitted. If it becomes necessary to accommodate a larger number of people, the property owner must be notified to authorize their stay. In the event of an inspection of the house by the Civil Guard, if they find more people than declared, the responsibility will lie with the contracting traveler or signatory.
FOURTH: Check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out time is at 5:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to notify us two hours in advance of their arrival time so that we can finalize the welcome details.
FIFTH: The rental includes: bed linens and towels, toiletries, running water and electricity, appliances, dishes, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, satellite TV, stereo, board games, book collection, cleaning supplies, furniture, and cleaning before your arrival. Upon arrival at the country house, the total rental amount is payable in cash (minus the reservation deposit). Alternatively, the remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer three business days prior to arrival.
SIXTH: The landlord may automatically terminate the contract in the following cases: – Exceeding the authorized number of occupants. – Improper or unjustified use of the fire extinguisher. In which case, the tenant will also have to pay €500 per damaged extinguisher. – Failure to comply with the usual rules of civility, hygiene, coexistence, or public order.
SEVENTH: Excluded Responsibilities of the Owner: – Theft, loss, or damage that guests may suffer during their stay in the rented accommodation. Interruptions in electricity, water, or gas supplies. Breakage of appliances or any other equipment that is part of the accommodation must be reported to the owner immediately so that the appropriate Technical Service can be notified; however, failure to provide assistance by this service will not be grounds for any compensation. Construction work carried out by the City Council or other companies unrelated to the Rural House in the vicinity that may affect the normal course of the guest’s stay. – Any type of force majeure, natural or similar, that prevents the enjoyment of the Rural House’s facilities.
EIGHTH: In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, I give my consent for the data I provide to be included in an automated file owned by CULLATUR COOP. V. and to be used for its customer database and I declare that I am informed about the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition that I may exercise at the address at Av. Mártires, 31, 12163 Culla, Castellón.
